Tom Asacker

The Business of Belief

Asacker’s passion and vision will inspire entrepreneurs of all stripes, shake the sleep out of any organization, and renew a focus on creating the kind of value that customers are happy to choose, talk about, and make an integral part of their busy lives.

Why do people choose, talk about, and adopt various products, services, media and causes? In a word... belief!

I've spent the past three decades helping leaders, entrepreneurs and organizations change and grow by shattering their assumptions about the art of influence, and by giving them the invaluable insights required to understand and move others.

If that's what interests you, then let's connect to see how we can work together and do our bit to change the world.

Tom is one of the most gifted and inspiring speakers I have seen in my career.

Yeah, that's me giving a talk to a bunch of media execs at the legendary Hollywood Improv in Los Angeles.  I've also shared my views with industry trade groups, governments, corporations, non-profits and educational institutions around the world (pretty much any group interested in change, significance and growth).

Prior to my work as a writer, speaker and advisor, I spent years in the trenches—in executive positions with a Fortune 5o company, as an owner and executive of an electronics manufacturer, and as co-founder and CEO of a high-tech medical device company.

I've also launched and closed down an Internet media startup; I currently co-host a popular media podcast; and I'm the creator of I am Keats!, a subversive philosophy focused on personal transformation.

I'm a recipient of the George Land Innovator of the Year Award, hold medical patents and product design awards, and am recognized by Inc. Magazine, MIT, and the Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization as a past member of their Birthing of Giants entrepreneurial executive leadership program.

So refreshing to have someone come in with a sense of realism that is energizing and makes you push the boundaries.

"A sense of realism" and "push the boundaries" are perfect ways to describe my approach to life (not to mention "energizing").

I've worked as a confidential advisor and personal coach to leaders and entrepreneurs in a broad range of industries, including technology, media, financial services, education and publishing, consumer products, medical devices, healthcare services, telecommunications, software services, and charitable organizations.

I'm intense and curious and, once I commit to a project, my focus and commitment are extreme. I want to know what’s going on inside people, where the rational combines with the emotional to produce the unexpected.

I use these insights to help individuals and organizations improve people's lives, maximize their efforts and make their intentions a reality. And I absolutely love doing it!
